Simena's Network Emulators which utilize patent-pending technologies emulate Internet conditions such as latency, packet loss, congestion, etc. for realistically testing network applications and equipment in a laboratory environment. It works at the Ethernet layer and is managed by a web interface

Network Emulator comes in three different models to meet various user requirements and budget. NE2000 is the high-speed model with unique features for power users. NE1000 is the mid-level model and its fast processor can handle up to 100BaseTX network emulation. And NE500 is the most affordable and portable of the Network Emulator family.
